CABME.NG is a transportation and logistics company owned by CABME NIG LTD, otherwise referred to as "Cabme Nigeria". We are a reputable company leveraging automated platforms available on Google Playstore and AppStore - providing users with easy access to transportation and Logistics services.

In our desire to improve our quality of service, and likewise increase our company's business frontiers has decided to undergo an exclusive INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP agreement with members of the public.

With the use of its Mobile App, CABME.NG connects regularly with Drivers - independent contractors registered with the company, notifying them of service requests from passengers who booked transportation and/or logistics services via the App. CABME.NG automatically calculates and provides the estimated cost of services leveraging the time, distance matrix and mapping technology integrated into the system.

Leveraging the economic potential of this business model, Cabme Nigeria has opened up its partnership space to bring in interested Investors who wish to make daily incomes through a partnership with us.

WHO ARE THE ELIGIBLE INVESTORS?

Individual and Corporate entities across Nigeria are eligible to apply. Corporate entities include: Organisations, Institutions, and other Private Sector businesses. Individual partners must be 18 years of age and above.

WHY THE OPEN PARTNERSHIP?

CABME Nigeria is determined to expand its territory beyond just a few states; reaching out to the edges and corners of the Federation, hence the Open partnership. This idea also gives opportunities to our esteemed riders who have enjoyed the smooth riding experience to benefit monetarily too by making daily incomes on the mobile app with little or no stress.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP OPERATE

Interested Investors are welcome to take the following steps;

1. Present your Vehicle to our branch office for registration. Investors who don't already have a vehicle for this purpose can purchase one for themselves. Cabme Nigeria can also make referrals and also assist in the negotiation process during vehicle procurement.
   CABME.NG will never on any occasion coerce or influence such purchase, as it falls under the full discretion of the Investor to either purchase the ride or not
2. Investors must recommend fleet driver(s) according to the number of vehicles being registered. Divers must present their particulars and other details which may be required to CABME.NG branch office for proper documentation.
   Please note that CABME.NG may have trained drivers at an instance of time which may be referred to needy investors. However, the responsibility to accept these drivers or not falls solely on such Investors. Kindly note that CABME.NG will not coerce or influence such an arrangement. Investors reserve the right to hire a recommended driver after our due diligence and verification.
3. (Optional): Investors can assign their choice managers for these vehicles (fleet), or may also choose to manage their vehicles themselves. Thus an Investor who wishes to hire a manager will also submit their particulars to CABME.NG branch office for documentation.
   Also, note that CABME.NG has experts for managerial duties which we can refer to needy investors. However, the duty or right of acceptance falls solely on such Investors, as CABME.NG will not coerce or influence such an arrangement, as the Investor after due diligence and investigation may decide to hire such a driver or not - depending on the level of trust.
4. Cabme Nigeria as a company will provide adequate security within its capacity to guarantee the safety of Investors' assets registered with us. However, these measures are not superficial.
   Our security and safety measures include;
   • Articulate documentation of Drivers' Particulars.
   • Installation of recommended Vehicle tracking technologies.

Noteworthy to mention is that the use of vehicle trackers enables the use of the GPRS to trace the whereabouts and daily routine of such vehicles.

Cabme Nigeria also partners with various Government security outfits in case of eventualities. As such, the verified particulars of registered drivers, and hired fleet managers including vehicle tracker codes are also shared with these security institutions. Please note as earlier mentioned, our security measures are not superficial - As due diligence is very paramount and conducted by Investors and our team. Other safety tips will be shared from time to time by our customer care representative.

PAYMENT/ RETURN OF INVESTMENT

Just like the payment channel for the independent contract drivers for the company, each trip initiated on the Mobile App will be in a ratio of 80:20 per cent. CABME.NG gets 20% of each trip while the Investor gets 80% return on investment.
Payments for trips are made via the CABME.NG Mobile Apps. These transactions are monitored and conciliated regularly. No investor and/or fleet driver is allowed in any manner to obtain either through gesture or false pretence, any money whether by cash or transfer without due authorisation from Cabme Nigeria LTD.
Failure to adhere strictly to this instruction amounts to criminality and Cabme Nigeria LTD will treat defaulters as such and will explore all legal processes to get justice.
Investors are entitled to their commissions on the CABME.NG Mobile App, they will be duly notified of the process of withdrawals via their e-wallets.

NOTE:Only Investors are entitled to their Login Credentials, as well as Withdrawal Rights from their E-wallets irrespective of their hired drivers and managers, this is to guarantee safety and accountability.
