You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited behavior includes violating any law, discrimination, harassment, damaging property, or fraud. We may terminate your account for such violations.

5. Payment Terms

• Fares: You agree to pay the fare for services received, including applicable taxes and fees.
• Payment Processing: We use a third-party processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Cancellation Fee: A fee may apply if you cancel a request after a certain time.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no guarantee regarding the reliability, quality, or safety of the services or the third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for all damages and losses shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the six months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be settled in Nigerian courts.
